In the Mythos of Electronic music, much has been made of the elusive French Touch. Depending on who you ask, the touch is either long in the past, a complete myth, or emulated successfully by a select few. My answer to this would be the latter conclusion and Mars is one of those rare few who manages to capture it. A masterful and minimal technique combined with a brilliant choice of source material make Mars one to watch for the future.
